A graduate of Red River College Polytechnic’s culinary program, Gizelle has trained in some of Canada’s top kitchens, including two restaurants recognized on Canada’s Top 50 list. With a focus on creativity, technique, and approachable fine dining, her cooking reflects a balance of refined execution, thoughtful flavours, and modern presentation.
